We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy Development: Develop and refine product strategy aligned with user needs and industry trends within the cryptocurrency sector.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform product improvements and introduce new features.
- Feature Planning and Prioritization: Manage the product roadmap, set priorities for development, and assign tasks for the design and engineering teams.
- User Engagement and UX Enhancement: Conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and work to continuously improve the user experience
- Feature Launch and Management: Coordinate feature launches, including planning, testing, performance analysis, and strategy adjustment based on results.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development and marketing teams to ensure coordinated efforts and meet deadlines.
- Product Analytics and Optimization: Monitor key metrics (user growth, engagement, retention), create product dashboards, and optimize the product based on data to achieve business goals.
- Post-Release Analysis and Feature Effectiveness: Conduct post-release analysis based on metrics, and evaluate the effectiveness of launched features to inform future improvements.
Requirements
- DeFi Product Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in product management within the DeFi industry, with a strong understanding of its unique dynamics.
- Degen Enthusiast: Passionate about crypto, deeply engaged in the space, and familiar with trends and terminology within the community.
- Autonomous and Proactive: Able to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward without extensive guidance.
- Advanced Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled at identifying priorities and addressing challenges in a proactive and efficient manner.
- Process Improvement Focus: Committed to refining processes and paying attention to details to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Strong Sense of Ownership: High level of accountability with a proven track record of effective, results-oriented performance.
