Job Details
We are looking for our second product manager, to make the experience of negotiating, underwriting, and closing transactions efficient, intelligent, and seamless.This product manager will work in close collaboration with our experienced engineering, product, design, and customer-facing teams to develop that vision, and bring it to life.
- Own the roadmap for either underwriting tax credit transactions on the Crux platform
- Work directly with customers, partners, and customer-facing teams to develop a vision and strategy for that problem space, which spans both workflow and automation features
- Partner with engineering & design to drive implementation of those features
- Deeply understand our customers and market to be able to build features purpose-built for their needs
- Define & implement metrics to help us understand what's working and what's not
- Executional Excellence: 5-8 years of experience in product management, B2B software.
- LLM-native: you have built features that leverage LLMs.
- Strategic Rigor: you are thoughtful in your strategic thinking.
- Startup Minded: you are excited about working at an early-stage startup.
- Mission Oriented: you want to use your skills to improve sustainable finance.
