- Identify and validate customer needs.
- Articulate a product vision and strategy.
- Understand and map out our competitive landscape.
- Work closely with engineering to maintain and update our product roadmap.
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance.
- Work closely with customers to establish ROI and provide information for case studies.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working as a product manager in the tech industry.
- Experience with software product development for enterprise customers.
- Experience owning and managing a product roadmap.
- Effective communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Technical aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python, Kubernetes, Docker, Jira
- Technical comprehension of machine learning, NLP, NER
- Experience with unstructured data platforms
- Track record of launching successful products from concept to market, especially in the healthcare space
- Heathcare/healthtech experience
- Familiarity with EPIC, Cerner, and other major EHR Systems
- Familiarity with clinical research workflows
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7)
- Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, GDPR)
