Job Details
Mae is looking for a Product Manager who can think strategically and execute effectively. You’ll own and advance product areas that directly impact Mae’s members, doulas, and internal operational teams. You’ll guide the development of scalable, user-centered solutions that drive engagement, revenue realization, and measurable health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead Product Strategy for Assigned Areas

Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally managing tech-enabled services in a highly regulated industry
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Product Development: You have experience owning the full product development lifecycle
- Project Management: You’re highly organized and effective at managing complex projects with multiple workstreams.
- Fast Learner & Research-Driven: You’re resourceful and a quick learner
- Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Embraces a culture of learning, iteration, and operational excellence
- Ownership & Accountability: Takes full ownership of assigned product areas
