Full-Time Product Manager

• Prioritizing and Backlog Management: Continuously build and maintain a backlog of work for engineering by collecting bugs and feature requests, identifying patterns, and prioritizing.
• Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with CS/AM on escalations to determine priority. Gather requirements with clients and stakeholders and document findings.
• Discovery and Solution Design: Deploy discovery techniques depending on the size and type of project to de-risk and scope the value, usability, feasibility, and business viability.
• User Understanding: Understand user workflows and get a sense of direction for the user experience. Work closely and collaboratively with UX designers to brainstorm, learn about users and personas, and map workflows.
• Sprint Planning and Stakeholder Communication: Plan sprints and build project milestones, and continuously liaise among stakeholders and engineering.
• Product Vision and Roadmaps: Build and maintain quarterly, annual roadmaps Develop a product vision, evangelize relentlessly while knowing when to change or grow the vision
• Feedback and Iteration: Continuously prompt, gather, sort, and implement feedbackConduct UAT and bring in other testers, stakeholders, or early adopters to measure how closely a new feature will hit the target.
• Enablement and Training: Enable sales and client services teams. Develop and share documentation on how new features work, and share information with the Helpdesk admin. Train internal teams.
• Adoption and Measurement: Define and measure adoption and usage for existing modules and new features. Report quarterly on base metrics and changes over time.
