ALIS is seeking a Product Manager to operate within established systems, adapt, and execute tasks independently. This role involves setting priorities, managing timelines, and collaborating with team members.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Build and maintain a backlog of work for engineering.
- Collaborate with CS/AM on escalations.
- Manage sprint scope changes.
- Gather requirements with clients and stakeholders.
- Deploy discovery techniques to de-risk and scope projects.
- Understand user workflows and UX direction.
- Work with UX designers to brainstorm and map workflows.
- Lead solution design discussions.
- Plan sprints and build project milestones.
- Develop a product vision and roadmaps.
- Lead daily scrums.
- Conduct UAT and iterate fast.
- Enable sales and client services teams.
- Define and measure adoption and usage.
