About the Company:Milk Moovement is building a world-class team focused on getting the right milk to the right place at the right time. We are a VC-backed company with massive ambitions to disrupt the dairy supply chain.
The Role:We're hiring a Product Manager to join our Logistics, Transportation, and Scheduling (LTS) team. You will help develop scalable enterprise SaaS applications that revolutionize the dairy industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Define and implement a product strategy and roadmap for logistics, transportation, and scheduling products.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders.
- Engage with customers to gather insights and requirements.
- Develop and maintain a product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct research and develop requirements for new products.
- Translate metrics into qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
- Work with the Customer Experience team.
What We Are Looking For:
- 4+ years of product management experience.
- B2B experience, preferably with enterprise SaaS.
- Shipping mentality and experience developing products in cross-functional environments.
- Background in modern logistics software.
- Hands-on experience building mobile apps.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL).
- Data-informed decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering impactful products.
- Technical know-how to understand technical considerations impacting products.
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.
- Experience with agile project management, digital prototyping, and web analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
