About the Role:
Fandango is seeking a Product Manager to evolve our digital commerce and membership experiences. You will be responsible for driving product innovation across our membership programs as well as our transactional systems for our suite of products.
In this role, you will balance business needs with customer needs to build a seamless and engaging experience that maximizes revenue, strengthens customer relationships, and cultivates long-term loyalty. You will play a critical role in defining and delivering innovative systems and services, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to create a best-in-class customer experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define and Deliver: Craft product requirements for our Fandango membership program and checkout funnel.
- Collaborate: Partner with Engineering, QA, Decision Sciences, Finance, and other teams to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Align: Balance inputs from business, design, research, technology, and external teams.
- Discover & Innovate: Use data, research, and market insights to identify customer needs and technology trends.
- Measure Success: Define KPIs, analyze results, and leverage insights to measure product success.
- Own the Lifecycle: Guide projects from concept through launch, iterating to improve outcomes.
- Experiment & Learn: Develop hypotheses, run experiments, and refine products to optimize KPIs.
- Roadmap: Contribute to and execute a product roadmap.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Has 3+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of impactful digital products across web and apps.
- Brings 2+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or membership/subscription programs.
- Has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a Computer Science/Engineering background is a plus.
- Possesses strong operational knowledge of digital product development, including agile practices (SCRUM) and tools such as JIRA.
- Uses data, research, and customer insights to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Is a strong communicator, able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
- Excels at problem-solving, prioritization, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Is collaborative, resourceful, and proactive, with a consumer-first mindset.
- Shows a genuine passion for entertainment and creating engaging consumer experiences.
