Full-Time Product Manager

• Feature Exploration: Lead in identifying and prioritizing new product features, backed by robust market research and data analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between departments, fostering seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
• Roadmap Commitments: Execute the strategic product roadmap by translating high-level initiatives into concrete, actionable tasks for the development team.
• Backlog Management: Curate and prioritize our product backlog based on customer needs and strategic imperatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product goals and updates to internal teams and stakeholders, gathering valuable feedback along the way.
• Quality Assurance: Work hand-in-hand with QA teams to maintain the highest quality standards for our products, ensuring customer satisfaction at every turn.

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative tech environment.
• Strong understanding of the gift and loyalty industry and market trends. Experience with payments, retail technology, or POS systems is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and make informed, data driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing all kinds of stakeholders.
• Experience with product discovery and user research to inform product decisions
• Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Azure DevOps, or similar

• Bilingual in English and French
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
