Full-Time Product Manager

Role: Product Manager (Financial Services) – Full Time W2

Location: Fully remote, USA

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the successful development of correspondent clearing platform features and broker-dealer onboarding solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to create Business Requirements (BRD) and Product Requirements (PRD) documents.
• Follow the full product life cycle from conceptualization to launch, owning business and technical requirements.
• Assist in developing products, features, and road maps for correspondent clearing operations and broker-dealer introductions.
• Participate in SAFe PI Planning, breaking down business requirements and adding functions and technical details.
• Ensure details within Epics / Stories / Tasks support correspondent clearing business requirements and broker-dealer integration needs in Jira/Confluence.
• Work closely with introducing broker-dealers, correspondent clearing partners, and regulatory technology vendors.
• Interface with internal and external audiences, responding to product-related questions and requests.
• Design and maintain release notes, create technical content and documentation.
• Define and analyze metrics to inform the success of products and relationship management tools.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience managing technical program delivery (scrum, agile) with requirements analysis, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Experience launching a correspondent clearing platform or broker-dealer onboarding solution in FinTech.
• Understanding of SDLC and web-application technologies for clearing and settlement systems.
• Experience working with correspondent clearing operations or introducing broker-dealer relationships.
• Deep understanding of correspondent clearing workflows: trade processing, settlement, margin requirements, regulatory reporting.
• Experience with regulated clearing applications and broker-dealer compliance requirements (FINRA, SEC, NSCC, DTC).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable technical writing experience focused on clearing operations and broker-dealer documentation.
• Understanding of margin requirements and risk management for correspondent clearing.
• Experience with broker-dealer onboarding, due diligence, and compliance workflows.
