We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to lead the execution of our Veterinary/Breeder/Shelter product. You will own the execution of the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement. This is a position open to candidates anywhere in the US.

- Translate business objectives into technical specifications and clear user stories.
- Prioritize bug fixes, compliance features, and new requests.
- Write and refine epics and stories.
- Manage the backlog and sprint planning.
- Oversee release planning, execution, and validation.
- Lead error triage sessions.
- Understand, visualize, and manage upstream/downstream dependencies
- Drive Agile transformation and continuous improvement
- Build wireframes/UX for delivering seamless experience for the users
Technical Partnership & Collaboration
- Partner with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in website architecture, security, performance, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimize website reliability, uptime, and load performance.
- Promote teamwork to achieve Sprint goals
Execution & Delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize analytics and user feedback to prioritize and refine features.
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate and test releases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
- Proficiency in JIRA, SharePoint, or similar product management tools.
Skills:
- Strong technical background with experience collaborating closely with QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.
- Proven track record of leading projects through the entire product development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, .NET, JavaScript, APIs).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep user empathy and a strong command of UX/UI design principles.
- Proficiency in working with remote teams and steering projects in distributed teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD processes.
