Full-Time Product Manager

The Role: As the Product Manager for ExamSoft Insights, you will manage data and reporting workflows within Turnitin’s assessment products. ExamSoft is an assessment platform that combines secure assessment with data and reporting to enable our customers to assess exam-taker performance. The reporting platform is critical to our customers’ educational missions.

As Product Manager, you will work with stakeholders including UX, engineering, customers, sales, marketing, and support to deliver product features that align with business goals and customer needs. The ideal candidate will understand educational technology, user needs in academic settings, and product development, especially for mature products. This role collaborates with other Product Managers to contribute to the success of the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Inform/develop/maintain the product strategy and roadmap for reporting capabilities in ExamSoft
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and QA to identify and manage requirements, build capabilities, and solve for unique capabilities
• Support engineering with requirements for product features and enhancements
• Define, manage, and report on roadmap status, ensuring alignment with objectives and market needs
• Analyze user feedback, data, and market trends to refine and improve product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, data privacy regulations, and interoperability requirements.
• Support releases, ensuring accurate market messaging, streamlined onboarding, and informed support
