Job Details
As the Product Lead for Enterprise at The Browser Company, your mission is to turn Dia into the AI browser that CISOs confidently approve, and that teams love and trust.
Overall You Will:
- Lead Dia to win the Enterprise browser market.
- Make Dia Enterprise-ready: lead discovery on customer needs, stand up an autonomous team to ship new enterprise surfaces (admin, policy, access controls), operationalize pilots and rollouts, partner with Security and Legal to ensure our posture meets customer expectations without sacrificing craft.
- Own a head‑to-head plan to win: meet Enterprise requirements while differentiating with consumer‑grade craft and network-effect features that make teams more productive with shared context; driving adoption and credible momentum to the CISO.
- Drive enterprise growth by partnering with Atlassian GTM (acting as our named point of contact for Sales, Marketing and CSM) and by landing lighthouse customers where Dia already has density.
- Create tight loops between Enterprise users and the core product team to turn signals into shippable improvements and measurable activation and expansion.
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience in Product Management with Enterprise SaaS, security and compliance exposure.
- Comfortable in high-stakes contexts.
- Standout communicator and relationship‑builder.
- You have an eye for craft and can contribute to shipping high-craft user experiences.
- You’re pragmatic, motivated by ambiguous problems, and excited to work in a startup environment with quick product validation cycles. You are eager to learn quickly and can work autonomously.
Most of our team are based in North American time zones and require that folks have 4+ hours of overlap time with team members in Eastern Time Zone.
