- Track and analyze key product metrics to monitor performance and ensure smooth operation.
- Analyze player funnels and user behavior to understand engagement and drop-off points.
- Research competitors and industry trends to identify new product opportunities.
- Conduct user and data research to inform product decisions.
- Identify and validate hypotheses aimed at improving user experience, retention and business outcomes.
- Implement product changes, design and run experiments, and evaluate results.
- Utilize configuration settings and CRM capabilities to enhance user engagement and performance metrics.
- Gather and structure product requirements, write specs and user stories.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, development, content and other cross-functional teams.
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming industry.
Experience in conversion rate optimization and funnel improvement.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to build data-based hypotheses.
Deep understanding of user motivation and decision-making behavior.
Knowledge of UX fundamentals and ability to identify and solve user pain points.
