Contractor Product Manager, Personal Health Ecosystem

Position Summary: The Product Manager, Personal Health Ecosystem will support the end-to-end development and go-to-market execution for Thorne's Personal Health Ecosystem product offering.

Responsibilities:

• Product Development and Execution: Drive and execute product vision and strategy from concept to launch. Support product discovery and delivery processes. Participate in product and design review meetings. Communicate product requirements. Create written documentation and specifications. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments. Work autonomously, managing competing priorities. Contribute to team efficiency by implementing effective processes, tools, and metrics. Identify challenges and develop solutions.
• Data-Informed Problem Solving and Decision-Making: Ensure products are launched with proper data tracking and A/B testing. Track and communicate product performance. Analyze user funnels and growth metrics. Report on progress, risks, and successes.
• Promotes the Company's Mission and Values.

What You Need:

• B.S or B.A degree required.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in D2C tech product management.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize competing initiatives.
• Strong experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Growth PM experience preferred.
• Experience working with third-party vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly analytical with proficiency in product analytics tools.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Background in generative AI, e-commerce, and/or health and wellness technology.
• Experience working in regulated environments requiring a diverse array of compliance measures.
