About this role: Rackner is seeking a Program Manager who will act as both a Product Manager and Agile Scrum Master, part of the Cerberus team at Platform One. This role will educate future customers on Rackner's value offering and assist with proposal development. The Program Manager will lead product development for Platform One and advise Rackner's internal product initiatives.
Experience Required:
- Overseeing Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, DoD cybersecurity, and Cloud program
- Demonstrating technical Customer Service, Customer Management, and escalation experience
Success Factors:
- Understanding agile project management and leadership.
- Overseeing individual project operations, coordinating time, budget, and resources to meet program guidelines.
- Tracking and reporting project progress and changes to the initial plan.
- Focus on execution and managing functional elements, meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables.
- Applying fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures for technical tasks.
