Full-Time Product Manager - Stock Trading

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India.

As the Product Manager for our stock trading application, you will play a crucial role in driving the product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver an exceptional user experience for our customers.

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for our stock trading application, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, prioritize features, and create detailed product roadmaps.

Utilize JIRA to manage project tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of product features.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our diverse user base.

Analyze user feedback, usage data, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance.

Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth implementation of features and timely resolution of issues.

Stay up-to-date with fintech industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our product remains competitive and compliant.

Present product updates, metrics, and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or trading applications.

Strong proficiency in using JIRA for project management and tracking.

Excellent skills in requirements analysis and documentation.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from conception to launch.

In-depth knowledge of stock trading, financial markets, and the fintech industry.

Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and user experience (UX) design principles.

Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills to drive product decisions.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into product features.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Product Management certification (e.g., PMP, CSPO) is a plus.

Familiarity with relevant fintech regulations and compliance requirements.
