Capio Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager/Lead Analyst for a full-time, remote position. Salary: $120,000 - $130,000.

Scope of Work:
Support IT systems, improving efficiency and reducing redundancy by modernizing outdated systems. Focus on:
- Completing new custom modules/applications.
- Providing Agile development support.
- Supporting legacy processes while leveraging new systems.
- IV&V oversight.
- Identifying inefficiencies and fostering collaboration.
- Improving data accuracy and decision-making.
- Standardizing workflows for scalability.
- Understanding current system processes and challenges.
- Assisting in prioritizing OKRs.
- Discovering opportunities for process improvement.
- Identifying affected programs, user types, and user journeys.
- Documenting solution scenarios and their importance to OKRs.
- Developing proposals and documenting alternative solutions for the future state.
- Determining scalable architecture for solutions.
- Aligning future systems with client architecture and initiatives.
- Developing and presenting implementation plans to executives.
- Securing support from health care plans, oversight agencies, and partners.
- Developing and maintaining a product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborating with internal/external resources.
- Analyzing/prioritizing business/technical requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables.
- Guiding development teams through sprints and releases.
- Managing changes in scope, requirements, or timelines.
- Identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
- Monitoring KPIs and ensuring quality standards.
- Adhering to industry standards, legal regulations, and organizational policies.
Mandatory Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in end-to-end product development.
- Bachelor's degree or related bootcamp + 1 year experience.
- 2+ years as a project manager on IT projects exceeding $5 million.
- 3+ years in developing use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.
- 2+ years in business analysis on IT projects.
- Active Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
- 2+ references from similar engagements.
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid/Medi-Cal program.
Desirable Experience:
- 2+ years with Medi-Cal or Medicare IT systems.
- Defining/managing product vision and strategy based on customer needs.
- Current Business Analyst certification.
