Full-Time Product Manufacturing Manager

About the Role: Reporting to the Senior Director of Contract Manufacturing, this role manages daily operations with external manufacturers and leads projects with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with manufacturing partners.
• Ensure high-quality product delivery on time.
• Coordinate change management for products/production changes.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and service levels.
• Collaborate on ideation meetings for improvement projects.
• Lead/participate in process improvement projects.
• Serve as technical representative to the Innovation team.
• Manage KPI tracking for contract manufacturers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years CPG experience, manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
• Passion for pets and Open Farm's mission.
• Proven brand ambassador skills.
• Highly collaborative and communicative.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
