Full-Time Product Owner

We’re seeking a Product Owner for our Integrations team. The Product Owner is responsible for driving product success by maximizing the value delivered by their teams, ensuring alignment with customer and stakeholder needs, and bridging the gap between product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and a passion for creating seamless, innovative integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Domain Specialization & Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned product domains, translate strategies into actionable plans, set objectives and KPIs, distill feature ideas, and collaborate with various teams.
• Product Management: Manage product roadmaps, maintain the team backlog, write detailed requirements, improve processes, and manage a tech writer.
• Sprint and Resource Management: Translate product roadmaps into schedules, conduct grooming sessions, manage developer scheduling, resolve blockers, and monitor sprint performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a bridge between teams and stakeholders, provide regular updates, and ensure clear communication channels.
• Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Manage and mentor a tech writer, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Advanced knowledge of API design and integration principles.
• Proficiency in integration patterns and best practices.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results through KPIs and metrics.
• Experience in managing or mentoring team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in scaling product teams and processes.
• Knowledge of generative AI technologies and potential integration strategies.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Previous experience with cross-functional team leadership.
• Familiarity with the Higher Education landscape.
• Proficiency in working with API integrations, middleware technologies, and JSON and JavaScript.
