Full-Time Product Owner (Business Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

Prioritize and manage sprint backlogs, aligning with stakeholder requirements and maximizing business value. Craft user stories capturing stakeholder needs. Actively participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning meetings). Define test plans and acceptance criteria for User Acceptance.

Identify opportunities for enhancing existing products by gathering insights from internal colleagues, partners, and customers. Seek innovation, identifying new product opportunities aligned with internal roadmaps and leveraging emerging technologies.

Analyze the product development process, seeking improvements based on feedback from internal teams and external partners. Continuously expand knowledge of the business and its products.

The Ideal candidate

Experience in a similar product position, or as a junior Business Analyst or Project Manager looking to transition. Experience in the news and media sector advantageous, but not required.

Essential experience in business-facing support roles dealing with internal stakeholders, working in a matrix-managed delivery environment, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners.

Strong understanding of product management, project management, and engineering management applications. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Miro, and Trello is beneficial.

Certifications/training in product or scrum methodologies are a plus.
