We’re seeking a Product Owner to support the implementation of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. Initially, role focuses on in-flight ServiceNow program, involving various teams (Sales, Operations, Digital Technology, Finance, Legal). This role plays pivotal part in expanding system capabilities to streamline Quote-to-Cash process.
What You Get to Do in This Role:
- Support Product Manager in evaluating business value of new feature requests & prioritizing them for alignment with product strategy.
- Develop detailed product feature specifications & ensure alignment across relevant teams.
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions, define use cases, & create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Support Product Manager with product-release planning & manage stakeholder expectations regarding new functionalities or change requests.
- Assist with testing activities, including scripting UAT tests, supporting UAT planning, and participating in test execution.
- Contribute to Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by supporting development of training & enablement materials.
- Identify, resolve, or escalate any roadblocks impeding sprint or release goals.
- Serve as product ambassador, internally & externally, sharing knowledge, providing product demos, answering questions, & fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Work within Agile-Waterfall hybrid framework, continuously reassessing business needs & refining priorities.
To be successful in this role, you have:
- Experience leveraging/critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact).
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and minimum 5 years experience in product development, specifically as Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Experience implementing CLM (iCertis CLM preferred).
- Deep understanding & practical experience with end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process.
- Domain knowledge in SaaS product sales (Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, Workday) & contracts involved in selling SaaS solutions.
- Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
- Proficiency in using project management tools & technologies for efficient delivery.
- Track record of collaborating with & representing Legal teams to align product needs with legal requirements.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, conveying complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Sharp analytical & critical thinking skills to assess problems & derive effective solutions.
