Job Details
You will work with the entire production team (Kubernetes, IKS, Linux, Windows, x86, etc.), database teams (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.), and security teams to identify root causes of request blockages. In a transformation process, rigor and organization are essential for the success of this mission.
- Incident Management: Client incident tracking and resolution, request blockage monitoring, explanation, and correlation with various incidents.
- Analysis & Categorization: Analyzing and categorizing incidents, and dispatching them to the appropriate teams for resolution; collaborative work with the infrastructure team.
- Documentation: Documenting encountered anomalies and operational procedures (Mode OP).
- Cloud knowledge: Knowledge of BPM, Terraform, Airflow, K8S (cloud private / public environments).
- Language: English is required.
