Production Operations Manager

Oversee daily management and maintenance of Commerce experiences for the Global Streaming Platform team.

Develop a strategy and process for ongoing updates to Commerce product experiences, aligning with best practices for optimal business outcomes.

• Manage content and configuration updates for high-profile projects (price changes, new products, launches).
• Establish quality assurance checks to prevent errors.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to address and resolve issues.
• Act as the first point of escalation for content/metadata issues.
• Plan and manage production updates with product, design, UX, copywriting teams.
• Develop quality standards and metrics.
• Recommend and implement product maintenance improvements.
• Develop high-quality production plans and strategies.
• Lead and mentor the team, providing strategic direction, inspiration and thought leadership.

Requirements:

• Experienced digital production manager with experience managing website/app maintenance (subscription commerce preferred).
• Experience driving a production operations team/program.
• Proven experience running complex, multi-language, multi-proposition services.
• Strong leadership, goal setting, and coaching skills (force multiplier).
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
• High standards, deep operational knowledge, and expertise in digital production.

Salary:

$114,000 - $157,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
