Job Summary: Lead multiple engineering teams focused on high-impact products for desktop and mobile platforms. Must have strong SaaS operations, distributed systems skills, and proficiency in multiple programming languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support for growth.
- Oversee software design, development, and deployment to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Drive a daily culture of continuous delivery to production.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align with business objectives.
- Solve technical challenges related to distributed systems and SaaS.
- Implement robust testing and quality assurance.
- Monitor and optimize application performance to meet SLAs.
