We are looking for a Trainer/Professional Development Specialist passionate about early childhood/elementary education.

The ideal candidate will be located near a major national airport.
Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver original, customized content
- Present in-field and virtual training sessions
- Develop product alignments
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of education best practices
- Experience with assessments and curricula
- Fluent in early learning education standards
- Classroom experience (Elementary; EC/Infant/Toddler is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel at least 50%
Preferred:
- Certifications recognized in the Birth–Age 8 field, including K–5
- Knowledge of elementary standards, RTI/MTSS
- CLASS reliability
- Familiarity with Social-Emotional curricula
- Teaching/administrative credentials
Skills:
- Strong background in creating, designing and delivering professional development content and keynotes
- Exceptional organizational and operational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with online presentation platforms
