The Professional Services Operations Lead is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day financial operations of the global professional services team.
This includes overseeing central tools and processes, optimizing workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring performance goals are met. The director will collaborate with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, manage resources, improve client satisfaction, and ensure business success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance team efficiency and support collaboration with field sales, customer success, and partner ecosystems.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute the company's strategic vision, establishing and monitoring KPIs for operational effectiveness.
- Assist with timely and cost-effective delivery of service health visibility, including project financial health and scheduling.
- Provide insights to support healthy client project execution, ensuring high satisfaction, scope adherence, budget control, and timely deliverables.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of operations analysts.
- Collaborate with regional leaders and engagement managers to support business and project needs.
- Provide guidance on trends and metrics to improve team performance and service delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for increased efficiency and reduced costs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for tooling, facilitating project visibility, scoping, and SOW generation.
- Leverage technology and automation to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with the finance team to create budgets, forecast revenue, and manage costs.
- Monitor financial performance, identify cost savings, and ensure the professional services business meets financial goals.
- Work across stakeholders to align operations with business goals.
- Provide input on service offerings and product development to enhance client value.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in consulting operations or service delivery, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience supporting consulting programs and overseeing financial operations.
- Background in professional services, IT services, or consulting preferred.
- Understanding of SaaS business models (retention and adoption).

Compensation: $157,600 - $226,550 USD (annual base)
