The Opportunity
We are looking for a Professional Services Project Manager to lead client implementation and change projects globally. You’ll ensure successful onboarding and platform adoption, working with clients, internal teams, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Delivery Leadership: Manage end-to-end implementation projects, establish governance, and maintain client relationships.
- Internal Execution & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement.
- Commercial & Strategic Outcomes: Monitor delivery gross margin, support upsells, and contribute to internal tools and KPIs.
About You
You’re an experienced project leader in B2B SaaS or FinTech, balancing delivery detail with client value.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–8 years in client-facing SaaS or FinTech project management.
- Experience in Private Equity, Investment Management, or Investment Banking.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
