Full-Time Program Analyst

Aretum is seeking a Program Analyst to manage and analyze programs within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong data analysis, project management, and communication skills to support government clients.

Responsibilities:

• Providing general program/project management support (administrative & management issues, stakeholder coordination, knowledge management using SharePoint).
• Updating/monitoring project/program activities using tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Fact Sheets, FAQs, talking points, and documenting office policies and workflows.
• Assisting the government with meeting schedules, agendas, minutes, and briefing packages.
• Maintaining and updating program/project lessons learned and closeout documentation.
• Researching issues and client needs, collaborating with the team, and conducting internal quality control reviews.
• Tracking tasks and coordinating with the team.

Requirements:

• Meeting deadlines, adhering to project plans, and escalating conflicts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills (drafting effective notes, providing status updates).
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience.
