We're looking for a driven Program Delivery Manager to lead customer implementations of our innovative, cloud based core platform tailored specifically for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurers.
In this role, you'll directly shape transformative customer experiences alongside Implementation Analysts, delivering clarity, innovation and precision to complex projects.
You'll skillfully manage a portfolio of impactful implementations, creating detailed project plans and coordinating seamlessly across internal and external teams to achieve ambitious milestones.
Leveraging your project management expertise and passion for technology, you'll significantly influence how our customers succeed.
What you'll do:
- Lead large end to end implementations of BriteCore’s platform, consistently achieving accelerated timelines (4-8 months) and meeting budget constraints
- Act as the primary liaison for our largest customers, cultivating trusted relationships, managing expectations proactively and carefully controlling project scope to prevent delays and control costs
- Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams, including Implementation Analysts, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and key business stakeholders, to articulate clear business requirements and deliver high value outcomes
- Create and manage detailed, actionable project plans, maintaining transparent communication and effective resource coordination throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Continuously enhance implementation processes, driving efficiencies that shorten timelines, lower costs and consistently produce outstanding deliverables
- Provide clear, insightful updates and progress reports to executive stakeholders at BriteCore and within customer organizations, ensuring visibility and alignment
- Strategically allocate resources, ensuring milestones are reliably met and accurately forecasting future project needs through detailed effort tracking
- Identify potential risks and challenges proactively, communicating transparently with stakeholders and implementing effective mitigation strategies
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of experience leading complex SaaS implementation projects
- 5+ years of experience leading core systems transformations
- 5+ years of hands on experience working in the P&C space
- 2+ years of experience working at a scaling startup
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships, setting expectations and persuading customer engagement
- Proven ability to stay organized while adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Demonstrated experience managing high pressure situations while maintaining a professional and solutions focused approach
- Experience working with industry standard project management platforms and tooling
