Resource Innovations is seeking a passionate Program Delivery Manager to join our team in New England.
In this role, you will drive program execution, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations across assigned contracts.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years experience in program management, delivering complex projects.
- 5+ years in direct client-facing roles (e.g., business development, program implementation, account management).
- 2+ years supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools/methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven decision making.
- Attention to detail.
- Interest in sustainability.
