Bounteous seeks a Program Director for our growing team. Successful candidates have experience partnering with clients and managing projects from inception to completion, and working with internal PM teams.

Responsibilities:

• Independently lead and motivate diverse project teams.
• Oversee projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budget, scope, and internal processes.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Lead on-time, on-budget project delivery, fostering client and team satisfaction.
• Act as a Scrum Master, leading Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor and manage project changes, budget burn, and timeline risks.
• Build consensus within project teams.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and senior management.
• Facilitate efficient meetings and follow-up on action items.
• Foster a collaborative environment.
• Resolve conflicts effectively.
• Manage client expectations and deliver results.
• Utilize project management systems for data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with clients and product owners to achieve business goals.
• Develop domain expertise.
• Partner with Client Service Executives and Business Development.
• Propose and implement process improvements.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Manage direct reports, including project oversight, performance management, goal setting, conflict resolution, and career pathing.
• Build strong client and internal relationships.
• Contribute to Agile and project management process development.
• Expand skills and knowledge.

Information Security Responsibilities:

• Promote information security practices.
• Identify, assess, and report security risks.
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle.
