Full-Time Program Director

The Program Director will be responsible for the overall delivery of the EIS Suite implementation for our customer(s).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships related to EIS service delivery.
• Manage EIS implementation services ensuring quality, budget, and cost alignment.
• Collaborate with the System Integration (SI) partner to ensure adherence to EIS standards and software capabilities.
• Counsel customers and partners on delivery best practices to meet functional and non-functional needs.
• Manage contractual activities, including SOW development.
• Manage customer financials (billings, collections).
• Provide direction to the project team and the customer, driving effective solutions.
• Exhibit professional and client-focused behavior for building lasting relationships.
• Work with EIS resources to find solutions to client needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand EIS relationships with customers (new products, broader footprint).

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Minimum 8 years experience in Project or Program Management leading complex enterprise implementations.
• Previous experience leading large insuretech programs is a must.
• Previous insurance domain experience leading multimillion-dollar programs.
• Experience managing onshore/offshore models.
• Understanding of complex business processes.
• Consultative and facilitation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Fluent French language skills (written and oral)
• Travel approximately < 25%, domestic and/or international.
