Full-Time Program Director

• The Program Director is responsible for managing key internal and external initiatives.
• Deliverables include implementing new projects and managing customers during projects.
• Manage cross-functional projects and teams to provide a unique customer experience.
• Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly updates to customers and internal executive teams.
• Manage each project phase and navigate the cross-functional team.
• Initiate and/or participate in strategic initiatives influencing the project direction.
• Develop and present the value proposition to the customer.
• Mentor team members to achieve deliverables and promote desired results.
• Identify gaps between actuals and plan, proposing solutions.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• Minimum of 12 years progressive experience in a professional services organization.
• 8+ years of software implementation at an enterprise level.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow products in an Enterprise.
• Excellent cross-functional, Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading key projects from inception to roll-out.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Demonstrated success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation.
