Full-Time Program Management Partner

Program Management Partner is responsible for delivering implementation, managed services, and professional offerings to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees coordination and delivery of high-visibility, complex Implementation Services projects (discovery, scoping, SOWs).
• Works collaboratively with Sales, Product Management, Client Support, and Customer Success.
• Contributes to forecasting/reporting initiatives related to professional services products via cross-functional collaboration.
• Serves as key contact for Services operations and stakeholders.
• Reviews and monitors Project change control requests and creates custom statements of work.
• Works with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects.
• Gathers end-user data to evaluate objectives, scope, and create technical specifications.
• Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks associated with technical projects.
• Conducts monthly Quality Control checks (project plans, revenue recognition, Implementation Acceptance forms).
• Reviews and audits project workspaces for accuracy, quality, and completion.
• Maintains active/inactive project backlog for bi-weekly/monthly financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Supports seasoned peers and management on complex aspects of the position.
• Requires moderate skill set and proficiency.
• Ability to handle work assignments of increasing complexity with independent judgment.
• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Understanding of SaaS implementation, financial/lending industry, and overall customer experience.
• Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement.
• Experience in process mapping and documentation (flowcharts, swimlane diagrams).
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with various audiences (executive management).
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills with prioritization.
