The Program Manager (PM) will provide executive-level leadership, direction, and oversight for the combined sustainment, enhancement, and modernization of the Air Force Recruiting Information Support System.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of 30+ staff.
- Provide strategic direction, aligning program execution with goals.
- Manage contract deliverables and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of AFRISS-TF.
- Oversee phased transition to AFRISS-NG.
- Direct the enhancement of AFRISS-NG Salesforce CRM capabilities.
- Ensure agile, scalable, and secure development practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Air Force Recruiting Service leadership.
- Conduct weekly briefings, monthly maintenance reporting, and quarterly program management reviews.
- Drive process improvement initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience managing IT projects within the DoD, Air Force, or federal civilian agencies.
- Experience managing teams of 30+ personnel.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Understanding of Salesforce Gov Cloud/Hyperforce capabilities is desirable.
- Familiarity with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and cybersecurity standards.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (preferred).
