Full-Time Program Manager

This role involves leading and developing team members while maintaining a strong understanding of client-facing and industry trends.

• Lead by example and develop team members.
• Maintain knowledge of client-facing and industry trends.
• Provide insight and analysis to clients.
• Grow program margin through performance and patient support.
• Own client relationship and act as escalation point.
• Create professional client-facing reporting and analytics.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in post-implementation analysis.
• Analyze program processes and provide recommendations for improving efficiency.
• Urgently resolve issues impacting productivity or quality.
• Build a knowledge base of each client's business.

Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of experience in direct leadership, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Demonstrated project management experience preferred.
• Understanding of P&L statements.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel 25% of time.

• Coach, teach, and mentor direct reports.
• Interact with clients to provide updates on program performance.
