Full-Time Program Manager

At Counterpart Health, we're transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. We seek a highly organized, results-driven Program Manager to build the operational foundation and manage critical programs, starting with large-scale customer implementations.

This is a pivotal role for someone who excels at driving clarity and execution in fast-moving environments. You'll work cross-functionally to align stakeholders, build scalable systems, and ensure program execution with discipline and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-priority programs: Own and execute large customer implementations and strategic programs, ensuring operational success from planning to launch.
• Build executional rigor: Translate goals into clear plans with work streams, owners, deliverables, and timelines.
• Maintain focus on outcomes.
• Roll up your sleeves: Support the team by solving tactical blockers, facilitating meetings, and producing high-quality deliverables.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/customers for seamless execution and accountability.
• Keep leaders informed: Provide transparent updates, issue tracking, and proactive risk escalation.
• Translate ambiguity into action: Build processes when needed, prioritize unclear priorities, and rebuild coordination systems.

First 90 days: Quickly grasp CPH's business model, establish relationships, and implement a structured framework for large customer implementations.

First 6 months: Successfully drive large customer implementations, improve operational efficiency, and identify 2 high-priority initiatives.

First year: Create scalable coordination mechanisms to improve execution, resolve strategic misalignments, and deliver measurable business impact.
