About Us: Digimarc is building the trust layer for the modern world.
About The Role: Seeking a Program Manager reporting to the Chief Product Officer, with a proven track record of success in launching programs. Requires 25% travel.
What You Will Do:
- Manage complex programs and large projects across the full product lifecycle.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and at quality standards.
- Optimize resources and processes by developing new workflows.
- Lead cross-functional execution by sequencing dependencies.
- Define goals, success criteria, and program metrics.
- Track and communicate program performance.
- Organize and facilitate highly effective meetings.
- Partner with Legal, Marketing, Sales, and other teams for successful Go-To-Market launches.
- Facilitate effective meetings, support process improvements.
- Manage complex business-focused projects and customer-facing projects.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years Program Management Experience
- Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Suite, Teams, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar PMO tools
- Thrives in ambiguity, applying strategic thinking.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing projects or programs within software development organizations.
- Excels at influencing stakeholders across levels.
- Working understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Detail oriented
- PMP or PgMP certifications preferred
