Full-Time Program Manager

Program Manager will manage delivery of ERP transformation services for an internal client.

This role involves developing strong working relationships with stakeholders, understanding business ecosystems, and managing process implementation activities. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of skills that integrates accounting/finance experience, robust reporting, and expertise in process mapping.

1. Accountable for overall successful delivery of ERP technology and process transformation for internal finance change leadership
2. Provide appropriate support, guidance and challenge to the technology, process, and change management leads
3. Provide subject matter expertise re: program management, technology implementations and scale change
4. Day to day direction to the project delivery team and 3rd parties
5. Deliver project benefits in line with the business case
6. Deliver in line with the agreed timelines and budget
7. Stakeholder management
8. Manage changes to agreed scope
