Location: Remote, US-Based
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

About gener8tor: gener8tor is a nationally recognized startup accelerator and entrepreneurial support organization.
About Curql Accelerate: The Program Manager will support Curql Accelerate, a program powered by gener8tor, recruiting and selecting companies for $100K investment, and executing programming, startup coaching, and network building and introductions for two accelerator programs per year of five companies each. Each program is a 12-week hybrid program including three weeks on-site at credit unions across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Manage program logistics and operations (recruiting, interviewing, selecting founders, coordinating events)
- Recruit startup applicants and assist with selection process
- Develop relationships with mentors, investors, and partners
- Plan and facilitate on-site visits
- Manage relationships with Curql partners
- Track metrics and report to partners
- Participate in gener8tor programs and events
- Support alumni
- Represent gener8tor in the community
- Collaborate with gener8tor staff on strategies and best practices
Requirements:
- Operations, logistics, program/project management experience
- Experience supporting an accelerator, incubator, or venture fund (recommended)
- Event planning experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter
- Project management experience (recommended)
- Travel up to 25%
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to equity across race, place, and gender
