Full-Time Program Manager

HeartFlow, Inc. is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease using cutting-edge technology.

HeartFlow FFRCT Analysis provides a color-coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries indicating the impact blockages have on blood flow to the heart.

Responsibilities:

• Point person for multiple cross-functional projects.
• Lead detailed planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of multiple cross-functional projects.
• Recognize and coordinate dependencies of multiple cross-functional projects.
• Establish, maintain, and communicate plans for projects.
• Communicate on behalf of project managers when required.
• Hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards and goals, resolve performance issues, and keep teams engaged.
• Coach scrum teams and peers on scrum best practices.
• Introduce new initiatives or concepts to the project teams.
• Represent product development in audits and demonstrate traceability and compliance.
• Works on complex issues requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors.
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.

Education & Experience:

• University degree (software engineering preferred).
• Minimum 6 years experience in software and/or medical industry (or advanced degree with 4 years experience).
• Understanding of Agile development at scale.
• Experience with regulated SaaS products or software-as-a-medical-device (SAMD) preferred.
• Experience with JIRA preferred.

Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of the yearly base compensation range is $120,000-$176,301, cash bonus, and stock options.
