We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely/budgetary delivery.
- Develop and implement program strategies, roadmaps, and plans.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Establish and maintain program governance structures.
- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Collaborate with senior leadership.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Continuously improve program management processes.
- Mentor and develop project managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of program management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-project programs.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in program management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
- Thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
Desired Characteristics:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience with consumer products, data, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with AI and data privacy concepts.
Remote work: This position is fully remote.
Benefits: Eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000
