Full-Time Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, United States.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, on-time, and within budget.
• Developing and implementing program strategies, roadmaps, and plans to achieve business objectives.
• Leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-project programs.
• Establishing and maintaining program governance structures (steering committees, stakeholder communication).
• Monitoring program performance, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Managing program budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to align program objectives.
• Facilitating decision-making processes and resolving conflicts.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external).
• Continuously improving program management processes.
• Mentoring and developing project managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience, proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in program management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership & team management abilities.
• Strong strategic planning & execution skills.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management, budgeting, & financial analysis.
• Proven ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects.
• Thorough understanding of industry trends & best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving & decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated adaptability & resilience.

Desired Characteristics:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with consumer products, data, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with AI and data privacy concepts.

Fully Remote: This position is fully remote.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000
