Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Cross-functional teams and manage programs from concept through launch. This role requires strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Personnel Supervision & Service Management: Oversee contractor and staff personnel. Ensure timely delivery of support services.
- Staffing & Recruitment: Manage all hiring activities. Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements.
- Skills & Resource Management: Maintain subcontractor arrangements. Ensure staff have required skills and training.
- Billing & Financial Management: Assemble billing data. Prepare responses to customer billing rejections. Generate and track invoices.
- Customer Furnished Media Management: Track and report on all customer furnished media. Ensure safekeeping of materials.
- Subcontractor Management: Identify, qualify, and negotiate with subcontractors. Review subcontractor invoices. Ensure subcontractor compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain QA/QC systems.
