Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute programs from inception to completion, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver value.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status updates, project plans, and performance reports.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Wiki, spreadsheets, scheduling software) to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Foster clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth program execution and on-time delivery.
• Balance multiple priorities and tasks, adapting to shifting requirements and deadlines as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in managing programs or projects from start to finish.
