Full-Time Program Manager

At Offchain Labs, we're building a decentralized future. Our flagship product, Arbitrum One, is a dominant force in Ethereum scaling.

As a Program Manager, you'll work across Product and Technology teams to ensure high-quality, timely releases for protocol and smart contract updates, internal/external infrastructure changes, and front-end development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage, iterate, and advocate for organizational processes/documentation.
• Own core node software, ensuring on-time shipping.
• Proactively identify operational gaps and build scalable processes.
• Contribute to project scoping/planning, time allocation, risk/opportunity identification.
• Drive projects to completion, collaborating with broader product and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project/program management experience, leading company-wide initiatives.
• Strong passion for blockchain technology, experience a plus.
• Ability to enable organizational success with process, accountability, and risk awareness.
• Experience managing technical sprints and documentation (e.g., Jira/Confluence, Github).
• Balancing multiple projects with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience operating/building processes/tools for maximizing developer velocity.
• Experience with fast-moving, technically complex projects in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• CS fundamentals (formal education or self-learning) a plus.
• Software engineering experience (Go, Rust, Javascript, C++) a plus.
• High-growth tech company experience a plus, but not required.
