About this role: Rackner is seeking a Program Manager that will serve as both a Product Manager and Agile Scrum Master, part of the Cerberus team at Platform One. This role will educate future customers on Rackner's value offering and assist with proposal development. This Program Manager will lead product development for Platform One and advise Rackner's internal product initiatives.
Required Experience:
- Overseeing Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools
- DoD cybersecurity & Cloud program experience
- Technical Customer Service, Customer Management, and escalation experience
Success Factors:
- Understanding of agile project management and leading agile projects
- Overseeing project operations, coordinating time, budget, and resources
- Tracking project progress and reporting changes to the plan
- Managing project execution, meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables
- Applying fundamental project management concepts and procedures
- Creating and maintaining documentation
Program Overview: Platform One, a DoD-wide enterprise service capability, aims to realize the DoD DevSecOps initiative by leveraging best practices across classification levels. The Cerberus team provides customer support throughout the customer lifecycle.
