About Wing: Wing offers drone delivery as a safe, fast, and sustainable solution for last mile logistics. Consumer appetites for on-demand services are increasing, but current delivery methods are inefficient, costly, and contribute to road accidents and air pollution. Wing’s fleet of highly automated delivery drones can transport small packages directly from businesses to homes on-demand, in minutes. Wing is a part of Google’s parent company, Alphabet.
About the Role: Wing is looking for a Program Manager to join our Program Management team based in Palo Alto, CA. This position plays a pivotal role in Wing’s Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy – enabling Wing to expand with customers, and land some of our most ambitious deployments and launches yet. As part of Wing’s program management team, you will be implementing frameworks for successful project and program delivery, working with cross-functional partners, and tying it all back to Wing’s overall organizational objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead complex and transformational programs and projects to support Wing’s expansion.
- Partner closely with Fortune 500 level enterprise partners to deliver highly visible and business critical projects.
- Develop, publish, and maintain a multitude of artifacts (project plans, timelines, budgets) both internally and externally.
- Manage the GTM team’s long-term planning efforts including program strategy, goals setting, and project prioritization.
- Ensure that key stakeholders, including executives, receive regular, structured and timely updates.
- Work with fellow program managers to drive standardization.
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years of experience managing complex go-to-market or operational commercial expansion programs.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact programs.
- Deep understanding of GTM strategies and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
- Experience collaborating with external partners from Fortune 500 enterprises.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
- PMP certification preferred.
