Full-Time Program Manager - Business Transformation

The Program Manager (Business Transformation) will play a pivotal role in fueling growth through the delivery of strategic, multi-year programs requiring engagement from all business functions. Managing these programs involves identifying business components needing transformation and developing a comprehensive, integrated plan for effective implementation across functions.

The role oversees programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing resources, and mitigating risks. The first program will be the introduction of a new product platform to the market.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

1. Program Management: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large, organization-wide programs aligning with strategic goals. Identify and assess organization-wide impacts of the new product platform, developing a strategic plan of action for alignment across functions.
2. Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with internal & external stakeholders (executive leadership, product managers, key contributors). Facilitate cross-functional communication. Provide regular updates to senior leadership.
3. Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team; coordinate with department heads; provide guidance to team members to promote professional development.
4. Risk and Issue Management: Identify and assess risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Proactively resolve conflicts.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to meet business and customer expectations. Conduct regular reviews & evaluations.
